He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Stevens and Helen O'Brien Stevens; his wife Wanda Stevens; his son Chad Stevens; his siblings, Roger Stevens and Nancy "Judy" Hackett; and his siblings-in-law, John Pershing, Raford Case and Nancy Case.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Clifton (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Whitney Clifton and Zackery Clifton (Lanna); his great grandchildren, Bristol Brown and Karsyn Clifton; his sister Brenda Hackett; his siblings-in-law, Frances Pershing and Don Hackett; his granddaughters, Ella Smith and Lila Smith; his former wife Rita Stevens; his stepchildren, Gena Smith (Chris), Sonya Stanley and Scott Willis; and his nieces and nephews, Jan Lisenby (David), Johnny Hackett and Tammy Everhart.
