He was predeceased by: his father Steven Lewis; his daughter Jennifer Farmer; and his sister Carol Ann Pope. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Lewis; his daughters, Stephanie Winborne of Butner, NC, Heather Tinsley of Butner, NC and Michelle Pierce of Selma, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley Winborne, Courtney Martin, Mikala Huff, Jessica Tinsley, Erin Farmer, Gavin Farmer and John Michael Ferrell; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Pardo, Riley Panatoski, Dannie Huff, Jace Huff, Avery Winstead and Aubree Winstead.
