She was predeceased by: her mother Jo; and her husband Hilton Tetterton Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Hilton Jr. (Melissa) and Michael (Sharon) of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Josh, Jill, Chris, Taylor, Jordan and Leslie. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bogue Banks Baptist Church (1417 W Fort Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Bethel Cemetery Bethel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to Bogue Banks Baptist Church or the Church of your choice, in Jo Ann's memory.
