Jewelle Gardner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewelle Gardner (Atlantic Beach, North Carolina), who passed away on January 2, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Ray Cannon and Helen Jackson Cannon; her brothers, Simpson Ray Cannon and Perry Bender Cannon; her husbands, Paul Thomas Baker Sr. and Fred C. Gardner; her grandson Raymond A. Bryan IV; and her stepdaughter Angela Gardner Hollowell.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Baker Bryan of Atlantic Beach and Paul T. Baker Jr. (Marcie) of Cary; her stepdaughter Blanche Baker Miller of Lewisville, Texas; her grandchildren, Perri Bryan Elliott (Malcolm) of Winterville, Marlie Jade Baker, Paul Thomas Baker III of Cary, David Miller (Edna) of Coppell, Texas, Bill Miller (Mary) of McKinney, Texas, Thomas Miller (Jane) of McKinney, Texas, Trudy Miller of Lithia, Florida, Leigh Coombs of Kinston and Kristian Jones of Kinston; and her niece Raye Cannon Shimer of Kinston. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
