He is survived by: his wife Sherry Y. Elllingsworth; his son Jason Ellingsworth (Traci) of Morehead City; his brother Harold Sylvester of Hawaii; his aunt Hale Sylvester of Hawaii; and his grandchildren, Josh, Jacob and Jaxon Ellingsworth.
