With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Marie Merced of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 25, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Acampora; and her mother Mary Wendel. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Merced (Terry Baker) of Dunn, NC and Jason Merced (Aimee) of Wilkes-Barre, PA; her father Henry Wendel of Morehead City; her brother Robert Wendel of Texas; her grandchildren, Julianna Merced, Angelo Pena, Zachary Teague and Michael Merced; her great grandchildren, Oliva Merced and Lily Gallagher; and her pet Annie.
