It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Kinchen Hines of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Kinchen Hines Sr. and Edith Smith Hines; his wife Ann Forrest Hines; his son Albert "Kitch" Kinchen Hines III (Crystal) of Beaufort; his sisters, Sheila Hines Mann of Prospect, KY and Karen Hines Cousins of Enfield, NC; and his grandchildren, Brecken Hines and Harper Hines.
