Spivey; his children, Kent Spivey of Loris, SC, Anthony Spivey (Eve) of Fair Bluff, NC and Kristy Cartrette (Mickey) of Clarendon, NC; his stepsons, Don Watson of Burgaw, NC and Robbie Lanier (Wendy) of Benson, NC; and his brother Tommy Spivey of Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.
