She is survived by: her husband Wayne Blanchard Applewhite; her children, Bryan Applewhite (Kristi), Wendy Lea Applewhite and Kelly Farnham; her grandchildren, Justin Henry, Taylor Applewhite, Shelby Applewhite, Hope Fussell and Violet Applewhite; her great grandchild Skylar Henry; and her brother Lee Roy Johnson, Jr. (Gay). She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
