He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Russell and Dorothy Ledwell Russell. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Russell; his children, Tyler Russell (Ariel) of Atkinson, Breanna Russell (Cameron) of Hallsboro and Carmela Watts (Buddy) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Calie, Micah, Roman, Lea and Avery; and his siblings, Don Alligood (Dawn), Glenn Russell (Amy), Faith Trittle and Connie Boyette (Roland). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
