She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Frederick Atkinson and Rosa Lee Glover Atkinson; her former husband Roy Lee Denning; her husband L. P. "Bill" Beverage; her stepson Worth Beverage; her grandson William Beverage; her sisters, Polly A. Barnes, Lila A. Weeks and Esta A. Bailey; and her half-brother Velmon Atkinson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronda Denning Darkus (John) and Rick Denning (Evelyn); her stepson Robert Beverage; her grandchildren, Brandon Denning (Laura), Mary Alice Denning Watts, Luther Beverage (Norma) and Jayson Beverage; her granddaughter-in-law Debbi Beverage; and her friend Lord. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; many extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Riverview Memorial Park (9332 US-117, Willard, NC 28478).
