With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Jongema (Atkinson, North Carolina), born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on November 17, 2019 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Jongema; and her grandson Cody Forester. She is survived by: her children, Wanda Brown (Jimmie), Teresa Ann Downey (Lee), Catherine Marie Clarke, Daniel Mark Forester (Pat) and Linwood Lester Jongema (Mary Esther); her grandchildren, Levi Forester, Mathew Jongema (Carly), Zachary Jongema, Bobby Dail (Arlisa) and Brooke McMillan (Kenny); her great grandchildren, Kaia Madyson, Micah and Mia; her brother Johnny Benson Wallace (Rhonda); and her close friends, Lacy Corbett, Joanna Hutcheson and Charlotte Awad. She is also survived by several nephews and many extended family and friends.
