He is survived by: his daughters, Julie and Sarah Moore; his mother Ruth Ann Holden; his siblings, Sherry Lynne Moore and Chris Moore (Vicki); his granddaughter Aubrey Shepard; his nieces and nephews, Richard, Ashley, Paisleigh, Ali, Haley, Jason and Bobby; and his great-nephew Brantlee Brockmeier "Lil Man".
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Toys for Tots.
