It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stella Marie Johnson in Asheville, North Carolina, born in Redford, Michigan, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bokach and Anna Bokach; her siblings, Mary, Helen, Anna, Catherine, John and Celia; and her former husband Charles Kaufmann.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Johnson (Nancy) and Colleen Henning (Graham); her grandchildren, Reteena, Nathan, Nicole, Matthew and Chris; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Chloe, Zach and Weston; and her sisters, Olga, Barbara and Victoria. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
