With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Ann Huntley of Asheville, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred "Bill" Aldean Wilkerson, Jr. and Helen Mae McMahan; her husband Gayle Huntley; her grandson Cameron Huntley; and her great grandchild Kenzie Graessle.
She is survived by: her children, Kena Huntley Grooms (Karl), Keith Huntley (Sherry) and Kevin Huntley (Kim); her grandchildren, Katelyn Howell (Paul), Amy Graessle (Jay), Tyler Huntley (Doreen), Kye Grooms (Abby), Carly Huntley and Karissa Grooms (Brendan); her great grandchildren, Cayden, Kage Graessle, Zoey, Levi Howell and Lucy Grooms; and her sister Bobbie Tweed.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Rock Church (273 Monte Vista Rd, Candler, NC 28715). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
