It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelia A. Hazel of Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Rudolph Mills and Cathleen Allen Mills (Carol); her children, Corie Hazel (Brooke Hazel) of Arden, NC and Jessica Johnson (Randall Johnson) of Asheville, NC; her siblings, Terry Mills (Neecie Thomas) of Asheville, NC, Gary Mills (Samantha Mills) of Arden, NC and Vicki Hemphill of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Amya Johnson, Adonis Johnson and Tyriq Bowans of Asheville, NC; and her niece Porchea Mills (DeVon Mills).
