She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Foster and Edna Bratten Foster. She is survived by: her husband John P. Smith; her children, Jason Smith and Kim Elliott; and her brothers, Sidney Foster and David Foster.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Groce United Methodist Church (954 Tunnel Rd, Asheville, NC 28805).
