She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cooper and Ruth Vaughn Cooper; and her sister Phyllis C. Moore. She is survived by: her husband Bruce W. Sharpe; her daughters, Michelle Sharpe (Bo McLaughlin) and Danielle Honeycutt (Kevin); her granddaughter Karla Moore (JT); her great grandchild Kinley Moore; and her sisters, Janet Payne (Alan) and Teresa Baltagi (Salim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Madison Funeral Services (1750 NC-213, Marshall, NC 28753). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
