It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip Franklin (Asheville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Franklin and Rose Marie Hodgeman Franklin; his stepmother ImaJean Franklin; and his son Vincent Franklin. He is survived by: his close friend Amy Abernathy; his sons, Trevor Franklin (Bradee), Tristin Franklin and Tanner Franklin; his granddaughter Sawyer Franklin; and his siblings, Willima Henry Franklin, Deborah Marie Flynn (Russell), Kevin Franklin and Christian Franklin (Stephanie). He is also survived by many extended family, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Anders-Rice Funeral Home (1428 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
