He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Grant and Fred Grant, Sr.; and his sisters, Kathy Allen and Carol Sizemore. He is survived by: his brothers, Daniel Grant of Swannanoa and Fred Grant, Jr. of Candler; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Grant (Dawn) of Asheville, David Allen of Swannanoa and Jason Allen of Swannanoa.
