She is survived by: her former husband James William Reaves; her husband Harold Waites; her sister JoAnn Eidson; her children, Teresa Reaves, Donna Wilson and James Reaves Jr. (Jim); her daughter-in-law Shari Reaves; her grandchildren, Josh Robinson, Alisa Wilson, Andrew Wilson, Brooke, Nicholas Jud and Lauren Reaves; her great grandchildren, Ryan Stephens and Carson Stephens; her sister Linda; her niece JoLynn LaCoursiere (Hal); and her cousin Dianna DeBord Shoff.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Anders-Rice Funeral Home (1428 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
