She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton King and Marian King; her former husband Norm; and her sister Barbara McGrane. She is survived by: her spouse Hall (Norman Dawson Jr.) of Famer; her brother David King; and also, Thomas Crowe Dawson, Dianne Dawson Sorensen, David Arnold Dawson and Lyn.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Giles Chapel of Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community (1617 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803).
