She is survived by: her sons, Michael Payne (Carrie) and Mark Payne (Vicki); her grandchildren, Matthew Payne (Karla), Justine Fowler (Randy) and Alyssa Stephen (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Kailey Payne, Jillian Payne, Rosalyn Fowler, Jack Stephen and Claire Stephen; her stepchildren, Craig Brown (Pat) and Katrina Killian; her stepgranddaughter Jennifer Finley; and her stepgreat-grandson Trevor Finley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Chapel of West Funeral Home (17 Merrimon Ave, Weaverville, NC 28787). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the West Memorial Park (40 Roberts St, Weaverville, NC 28787).
