She was predeceased by: her parents, James Manuel Foster and Mary Geneva McAllister Foster; and her sister Cathy Galloway. She is survived by: her husband Roy Eugene Norton; her children, Cindy Norton and Tim Norton (Holly); her grandchildren, Stefanie Norton, Samantha Norton, Cody Norton and Seth Peed; her great grandchildren, Honor Sophia Norton, Fallon Walker and Ledger Walker; her brother Danny Foster (Vickie); her nieces, Kelly and Morgan Foster; and her nephew Chris Thomas.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anders-Rice Funeral Home (1428 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (1 Chapel of Faith Dr, Candler, NC 28715).
