He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Conover Gosnell, Sr. and Martha Matilda Ingle; his wife Colleen Hunter Gosnell; and his siblings, Frank Gosnell Jr. (Ben Gosnell) and Betty Lockridge.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lynn Gosnell (Cindi) of Asheville, Michael Carl Gosnell and Melissa Rosanna Gosnell; his siblings, Jim Gosnell, Joe Gosnell (Diane) and Carolyn Frizzell; his grandchildren, Christina Jones, Kimberly Jones, Abigail Gosnell, Elli Gosnell and Evan Gosnell; and his great grandchildren, Lilyan Jones, Asa Scott, Zuriana Robinson, Mazie Robinson and Jeremiah Smith.
