He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Hardy and Willetta D. Hardy; and his wife Addie Mae Hardy of Fairview. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara H. Milton of Durham and Daniel E. Hardy (Janice) of Reidsville; his son Clell Biggs of Asheville; his niece Brooke Tuck of Durham; and his nephew Scott Shaw of Asheville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Groce Funeral Home (1401 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
