He is survived by: his wife Roxie Smart; his children, Bradley Smart, Andy Smart and Stacie Pedersen; his grandchildren, Harper "Little Gal" Smart, Palmer "Sweet P" Smart, Ethan "It" Pedersen, Enslee "Boo" Pedersen, Elyn "Zimm" Pedersen and Drew "Big'Un" Smart; his mother Ruby "Mimi" Smart; his siblings, Randy Smart (C. J.) and Cindy Smart; and his nephew Matt "Matty Cakes" Smart.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Anders-Rice Funeral Home (1428 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806).
