James B. Banks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2025, at the age of 84, James B. Banks of Asheville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Ward Banks and James B. Banks, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Margaret Banks Cannon; his wife Linda Rogers Banks; his daughters, Kay Banks Dinkins and Jennifer Marie Banks; his siblings, Lenore Banks Waggoner and Gerald David Banks; and his granddaughters, Katie Dinkins and Natalie Dinkins Cossio (Kevin).
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the West Memorial Park (40 Roberts St, Weaverville, NC 28787). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Arden Presbyterian Church (2215 Hendersonville Rd, Arden, NC 28704).
