He was predeceased by: his parents, Socrates Stephens and Sophie Baron Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Jack Stephens, Jr. (Marc Mullinax) and Sophie Stephens; his grandchildren, Paul Roberts (Tamara) and Stephanie Garris (Ronnie); his great grandchildren, Dara, Abigail Garris, Torre and Randi Roberts; his great great grandchildren, Hudson and Bladen Harris; and his sister Helen Myers.
