He is survived by: his parent Hertha Redicker Beckerwerth Chavious; his daughters, Linda Leslie (Mike) of Hendersonville and Melissa Shealy (Gregg) of Fletcher; his siblings, Hans Beckerwerth (Alice) of Texas and Charlie Chavious of Alaska; his grandchildren, Josh Elliott, Jared Elliott and Christopher Smith (Meranda); and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Elliott, Tyson Elliott and Kamden Elliott.
