He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Silverman and Ruth Silverman. He is survived by: his wife Janise Rose Silverman; his daughters, Jessica and Monica; his grandson Austin; his sister-in-law Shelly Rose Krepistman (Adam); and his nephews, Seth, Josh and Ryan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Duke Cancer Institute, Chabad of Asheville, The Sheryl K. Rose Torah Scroll Fund at Congregation Beth Israel in Houston or a charity of one's choice.
