She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Ann Brookshire Kress; her children, Julie Renée Revis Thompson (Anthony) and Nathan Timothy Revis; her grandchildren, Haley Marée Thompson and Aubrey Loren Thompson; and her siblings, Tracy Willis, Sherrill Matthews (Larry), Bobby Willis (Donna) and Danny Willis (Barbara).

In lieu of flowers, her family asks that memorial donations be made to Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 8195, Asheville, NC 28814.
