Though Diane Teresa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Diane Teresa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Hudgens, Sr. and Ella Laura Mills; her brothers, Steve and Dewight Hudgens; and her brother-in-law Terrace Nesbitt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Calvin James Hudgens, Jr. (Evelyn) and Angela A. Nesbitt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Ray Funeral and Cremation Service (1373 Sweeten Creek Rd, Asheville, NC 28803).
