Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Jean Arrowood Underwood and Earl Grady Underwood; and his son Cameron. He is survived by: the mother of his children Sonja Thelen Underwood; his sons, Nathan (Sharon), Justin (Joleen) and Logan (Hailee); and his aunt Frances Underwood Waldrop of Columbus. He is also survived by his three brothers and their wives.
