He is survived by: his children, Caitlin Blackwell of Kershaw, SC and Zachary Blackwell (Katherine Blackwell) of Charlotte, NC; the mother of his children Debra Blackwell of Kershaw, SC; and his siblings, Glenda Nelson, Margaret McCullough and Danny Blackwell.
