He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Booker Kelly; his children, Ethel Kelly, Donna Kelly and Cornell Kelly Jr.; his grandchildren, Tomica Kelly, LaTonya Kelly Mole (Ronday) and Candace K. Toliver (James); his great grandchildren, Antwan Kelly, Jamal Kelly, Jade and Russell Toliver; and his brother-in-law Lewis Booker. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
