She is survived by: her children, Robert Shelton, Jr. (Helen) and Sharon Shelton Honeycutt (Allen); her grandchildren, Crystal Reeves (Nicholas), Tonya Surrett (Stanley), Ashley McGee (Phillip) and Robert Shelton III (Kassidy); her great grandchildren, Kylie, Madisyn, Kaitlyn, Kinslee, Matthew, Blane and Amelia; and her siblings, Pauline Powell (late Arthur), Kenneth Dobbins (late Barbara), Dorothy Tabor (James) and Carroll Dobbins (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Anders-Rice Funeral Home (1428 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
