She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Betty Sue Battersby (Vaughan); her wife Belinda; her father Charles Raymond Battersby, Sr. (Birdie) of Chesapeake City; and her siblings, Nancy Ciaschini (Robert) of New Port Richey, FL and Charles Raymond Battersby, Jr. (Elizabeth Barkan) of New York City, NY. She was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
