He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Leona Gunter Bradley; and his siblings, Lillie Jones, Jeanette Halford, Ted and Ned Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bradley; his daughter Donna Messer (Darren); his grandsons, Holston and Trenton (Kyann); his siblings, Lois Jane Williams, Ricky Bradley (Sherry) and David; his sister-in-law Wanda Duncan; and his close friends, David Snypes, Steve Banks, Gene Silvers, Van Draper and Larry Ward. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Christian Creek Baptist Church (124 Warren Wilson Rd, Swannanoa, NC 28778). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
