He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin "Leon" Ellis and Genese Lamm Ellis; his wife Florene Diane Ellis; his sister Frankie Ellis Pegg; and his significant other Eszter Czike.
He is survived by: his children, Lesli Ellis-Wouters (Troy), Kim Dasko, Scott Dasko (Lisa), Brad Dasko (Donna) and Robert Smith (Ginger); his sister April Crowe; and his niece Kim Ellis (Eszter). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
