He is survived by: his parents, Roy Edward Darnell and Dorothy "Dot" Jackson Darnell; his wife Tonya McMahan Darnell; his daughter Anna Jean Darnell; his siblings, Rodney Darnell, Mary Hagan (Phillip) and Vickie Darnell (George); and his nieces and nephews, Makaila, Tyler, Daniel, Felisha, Tiffany and Mandy.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Hills Cemetery (25 New Leicester Hwy, Asheville, NC 28806).
