He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Heinz J. Ext and Gisela A. Ext Cordes of Massillon, Ohio.; and his siblings, Hans J. Ext of Solon and Astrid G. Soules of New York. He is survived by: his wife Lian Latham of North Carolina; his sons, Christopher Ext (Micki) of Westlake and Scott Ext (Jenny) of Seattle; and his grandchildren, Ava, Colin and Oliver. He is also survived by Uncle Alan to his beloved nieces and nephews.
