It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Attrie Metters of Asheboro, North Carolina, born in High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Ball and Mamie Caviness Ball; her husband Rev. William K. Metters, Sr.; and her son-in-law Jimmy Graves. She is survived by: her children, William Kenneth "Kenny" Metters, Jr. (Joyce) of Asheboro, Charles D. Metters (Ethel) of Whitakers and Sharon Metters Graves of Asheboro; and her grandchildren, Jason Metters (Carla), Jessica Maricich (Parker), Chuck Metters (Sarah), Marisela Metters and Jeffrey Graves. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; one brother and 4 sisters.
