He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Huggins and Pearl Bray Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Christine Richardson Huggins; his children, Pam Miller (Jeff) of Asheboro and Tony Huggins (Melody) of Asheboro; his sister Nancy Hammonds (Bobby) of Asheboro; his brother-in-law Daryl Richardson (Shirley); his grandchildren, Jacob Miller (Bree) of Asheboro, Justin Miller (Jen) of Maine, Jenny House (Jon) of Seagrove, Cameron Huggins (Kennedy) of Coleridge and Katelyn Huggins; and his great grandchildren, Tanner Miller, Harper Miller, Emmalyn Miller and Declan Wade Miller.
