She was predeceased by: her parents, James Parks Adams and Azeal Hager Adams; her husband Boyd Sineath; her daughter Debbie Dornbush; and her grandchildren, Christy and Rob Dornbush.
She is survived by: her son Rob Sineath (Annette) of Asheboro; her grandsons, Ryan of Asheboro and Derek Sineath of Asheboro; her son-in-law Mike Dornbush of Asheboro; and her sister Vallie Pardue of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
