She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Ellington and Frances Ellington; and her brothers, Terrill and Jimmy Ellington. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Clark (Robin) and Vickie Clark; her brothers, Wayne, Steve (Wanda) and Ricky (Jerri); her grandsons, Josh Clark (Alyssa), Devin Lloyd Clark and Donavan Dean Clark; her great grandchildren, Karissa and Elora Clark; her close friend Homer Leonard; and her sister-in-law Linda Merle Ellington (LuAnn Allen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Moon's Chapel Baptist Church (175 Moon's Chapel Church Road, Siler City, NC 27344).
