She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Millard Kennedy and Esther Mae Brewer Kennedy; her husband Harold Worth Foster; her son Gary Lee Foster; and her siblings, Earl Kennedy, Fred Kennedy, Roy Kennedy, Junior Kennedy, Clyde Kennedy, Jonah Kennedy and Thelma Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Foster Millikan (Rodney) of Randleman and Ricky Lynn Foster (Susan) of High Point; her grandchildren, Brandon Laughlin (Jennifer), Travis Millikan (Miranda), Cody Millikan (Megan) and Jonathan Foster; and her great grandchildren, Logan Laughlin, Aislyn Laughlin, Emma Millikan and Haley Grace Millikan.
