He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Burrow Sr. and Helen Hyder Burrow; and his siblings, Ruby Williams, Joe Burrow Jr., Billie Coltrane and Bonnie Coltrane.
He is survived by: his son Shane Burrow (Crystal) of Asheboro; his grandsons, Noah Burrow of Asheboro and Nathan Burrow of Asheboro; and his siblings, Sherry Frye of Carolina Beach, Charlie Burrow of Wilmington, Randy Burrow of Elizabethton, TN and Paul Burrow (Phyllis) of Elizabethton, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Tommy's honor to a charity of your choice.
