She was predeceased by: her children, James Howard Knight and Iva Gail Hutchins; her grandson Joseph Roger Hutchins; and her siblings, Belton Waldroop, Edward Waldroop, James Waldroop, Jesse Waldroop and Ann Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Stanley (Ricky) of Randleman and Jessie Edward Knight (Sandra) of Ramseur; and her sister-in-law Dorothy "Dot" Waldroop of Franklin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and former coworkers.
