With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Garold Britt of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on October 24, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Britt and Mozelle Kearns Britt; his siblings, Rebecca Dunn and Jackie Britt; and his son-in-law Buster Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Williams Britt; his children, Freda Leonard of Franklinville, Vada Bullard of Asheboro, Elizabeth Poole (Randy) of Salisbury and Rick Britt (Sam) of Asheboro; and his siblings, Deborah Wansley (Jimmy) of Asheboro and Joseph Britt of Troy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
